A few days ago I was able to ask the Manila Comic-Con Organizers regarding the status of the Indie Go! Valley, and so far, I was told that 11 of the 30 slots were already filled, while more registration forms are waiting to be reviewed. They also showed me some of the covers sent by the applicants, and honestly, I was so impressed by the level of talent these artists have put on their works. Unfortunately, these artists don't have as much audience as they deserve.

The next day I talked to a friend of mine who loves comics so much he allowed me to make use of his store as the main distribution point of my comic, Unstoppable. I told him about these indie artists, and how talented they are that I believe they must be helped to gain more audience, and my friend did more than just agree to what I said.

He told me he could help these indie creators sell their comics as CONSIGNED GOODS in his store, located at stall 49 Novelty Village, Tiendesitas Shopping Center Pasig City.

And that's why I'm typing this journal now. Because I want to extend the good news to all Pinoy Indie Artists. If you're interested, go give him a call at 0922-8811618, or 4125493 and look for Donald Gonzales.

Who knows, maybe one day we could have an "Indie Comics Day"? :-)

PS Speaking of talents who deserve to be given more attention, please check out these 2 amazing talents :iconorphanshadow: and :iconacts2028: . They're friends of mine, and I'm sure you'd like what you'd see. Thanks!
