'A' stands for America

A quick commission done in-between deadline pages, requested by a good buddy for Christmas. Was so guilty of not putting any BGs, so I decided to put on what's behind Cap. Was surprised to see that the great Steve Epting did something similar, and with Winter Soldier aka Bucky on a Captain America cover (of all things!)

Please don't get me wrong --- the tattered American flag was drawn to symbolize that you mess with his country, you mess with Captain America.
