Hi guys!
I humbly present to you the pencils of the first page of my first-ever professional gig!
J. Torres’ script was so fun to work at: everything was told well any artist would automatically picture what the story’s asking. I hope this page shows it. Also, the moment the script asked for an Asian man for a storekeeper, I thought of no one else but our dear friend and favorite local comic shop owner. He was so happy to see himself in a DC Comic! (He’s previously appeared in a few Marvel Comics titles. Hehe, that lucky guy)
And please let it be known that the pages were inked by the very talented JULIO FEREIRA! The poor guy didn’t get the credit he deserved! Hats off to you, Julio!
